1. Estimates, not advice

Every calculator here produces an estimate for planning. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial, or immigration advice, and using it creates no professional relationship of any kind.

Real outcomes depend on details these tools do not ask about — your full income picture, your filing status, a lender's specific terms, the program rules in force on the day you apply. Confirm anything that matters with a qualified professional or the issuing authority before acting on it.

2. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Rates, brackets and program rules change, and a page can be out of date or simply wrong. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site.

This is not a way of shrugging off errors. If you find one, please report it — a wrong number that nobody reports stays wrong for everyone.

3. Advertising

The site is free and paid for by advertising. Google AdSense and its partners serve those ads and set cookies to do so; what they collect and how to opt out is described in the privacy policy. Ads are labelled and are never presented as calculator results or editorial recommendations.

The text, design and code of this site belong to its operator. The underlying formulas, tax rules and program criteria do not — they are public rules, and this site claims no ownership of them. Quoting a calculator's result with a link back is welcome.
